Title: Here I Go

Hello. I'm 23 years old, been dipping for about 5 years. The main reason I want to quit is because I used to be a very motivated, strong-willed person. I'd say for the past year I have been the exact opposite. It's pretty depressing for me. I figure if I am going to turn my life around I should get all of the negative things out of my life, so the can is going first. That's all I got.

Welcome to the site Time4Change this is a great tool to use for your quit. Read, read, and read it will help you out and post roll everyday when you are nic free. You will be in the January group. If you need any help don't be afraid to ask anyone one here and pm me if you need anything.
