Try again on the intro Cope. Want to know what's in the most trouble if you don't quit? YOU.
Start reading everything you can on this site and make sure you're willing to commit to this thing. This site isn't for "stoppers," it's for "quitters." Read others' intros, the roll calls, words of wisdom in the community tab. This isn't a place where we try to be quit for X,Y,Z. We ARE quit. If you don't do it for yourself, it won't last.
The only cost of admission on this site is posting roll every day. You post your promise to yourself and your fellow quitters every day that you will not use nicotine in any form that day. You keep that promise = +1. Eventually your +1's start adding up. Click on the pink welcome center tab in the top left and start reading about the philosophy behind the site
There are so many stories on this site that you would benefit from reading that might help get your mind right. The number one thing? We can't quit for you. "Any help would b great." YOU are the only help YOU need. We can be here to support you in your war, but we can't fight it for you. The tools are here, but there is no magic potion, no paved road to cruise down. This shit is tough. Will you be tougher?

Nice job posting roll today. Read all the stuff Evil_Won told you to in the general discussion. It is invaluable material to live by as you head down this path. PM some of your fellow April 2014 quitters and swap some digits. That's a bad-ass group of quitters. They'll be there for you when the suck hits and you're struggling. Keep your promise today. Go to bed. Wake up and repeat.

Your quit Decision (http://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?showtopic=1791&view=findpost&p=4771433) MUST be 100% about you. Anything short of that sets you up for failure by allowing your addict brain to blame a given situation as reason for you to go back to the can. Quitting out of fear, based on a medical issue, will fade as soon as the doctor or dentist gives you a clean bill of health. Same applies to money. We would lie cheat, burrow or steal for a fix yep junkies, addicts take you pick but you are taking the first step
