Title: Day20
Post by: aaronj82 on January 25, 2014, 10:01:00 PM
Found this website a few weeks ago as I fought off the urge to get a can, I have been reading it for a few days and wanted to use it.
I started chewing when I was 15, that was 13 years ago. I quit for a year twice and screwed it up thinking I could have just one. The first time I quit I had a little over a year in and a buddy offered me a chew, within a few days I was searching for someone to borrow a dip off of. I quit again about a year later when my son got into a can of chew. Had a year under my belt chew free and convinced myself that I could have just one . I screwed that one up the same way and have been back at it for over 2 years. I cannot have just one, this time I am done forever.

My addiction has been mind raping me all day, just keep fighting it and trying to stay busy.

The key to success is posting roll every damn damn day first thing when you get up. You do that you will succeed.

Lot's of stories like your on here; quit has to be quit. There is no future date when I will miraculously be able to have just one. Sounds like you get it. Continue to read on this site and post roll with the May 2014 quit group. Welcome Aaron.

Welcome aboard and start drinking the kool-aid. Drink lots of it and this will be one of the most gratifying and hardest thing you've ever done. Here's one bit of information that I think you'll understand. NAFAR. Never again for any reason. Commit, accept, and live this. Make that realization that in order to be quit and remain quit, you can never use nicotine (in any form) ever again for any reason. If you're driving home late at night and need something to stay awake, nicotine is not in your arsenal of options. Never again.

Glad to be quit with you.

this time I am done forever.
Post roll and quit for today my friend. Don't worry about forever,, it's a long ways off and will give you a headache thinking about. We quit one day at a time. It's so much easier. Glad to be quit with you.

You know that you must be NAFAR, but all you have to do is ODAAT... You never quit before you only stopped for a while. The KTC way will work if you follow the path. Read everything here, and own your quit. I will be nic free all day with you. PM me if you need anything.
