I chew (chewed) Copenhagen since high school and although its only been two years I have become very addicted. Tonight at work I decided its time to call it quits. Ive made up my mind no patches or gum just go cold turkey. Its time to do this for myself and my family. 4. Ctrl + X
5. Left click in the top box.
6. Ctrl +V
7. Add your name and number of days to the BOTTOM of the Bad-Ass Quitters section.
You got number two in the top list done so why not just get 'em all done? You've taken the first step so why don't you head over to November 2015 and post roll for the first time? I did just that and look where I'm at today...361 days free.
