Welcome grizz! Luck has nothing to do with it. Quit is difficult, but simple:
1. Flush the contents of all your tins.
2. Go to the July 2016 Quit group. Post roll, meet fellow quitters, get to know them.
3. Read this site, especially hall of fame speeches and words of wisdom.
4. Drink lots of water, exercise. Consider fake chew or gum or seeds (no nicotine) for an oral fix.
Rinse and repeat when you wake tomorrow.

Thanks brother. Used jakes mint in the past. Not a huge fan. Have you used any of the fake chew? If so which one would you recoment? Combinations?

I used Oregon Mint... A bit sticky, but packs nicely and has a form of sweetener that does not speed tooth decay. i used it for a bit over 6 months, then just stopped reaching for it.
Head to the July group and ask what they use-- very much a personal preference. Lots of alternatives from jerky to coffee to atomic candy.
