I took my first dip at a wrestling camp my freshman year of high school. It felt pretty good at first until I had to run to the bathroom to throw-up. I decided to give another try a year later because I had forgotten how bad it was and my wrestling team-mates said it would curve my hunger when I was cutting weigh-ins.
Two years later I decided to quit and made it two months before starting again. I quit again for about five months. Then again for 8 months. I started again this past January and haven't been able to quit for more than a week.
I'm ready for this to be the final time. I understand that I will be addicted for life but with help I will be able to refrain from doing it again.

You realize that you are an addict, this is good. Please realize you never quit before, you only stopped. Please go to the welcome center, and learn how to post roll call. This is our daily promise to be nicotine free for a day. Then we post roll again tomorrow, easy, right? Make some friends in November, drink a ton of water, and buckle up for a rough weekend.

You have come to the right place. Glad you found us. Lets start by reading this. forum/55560/ (http://forum.killthecan.org/forum/55560/)
You then will post a commitment to quit one day at a time. You will post here. topic/10423364/139/#new (http://forum.killthecan.org/topic/10423364/139/#new)
That is how we roll. We quit one day at a time. We read. We help others. We refuse to cave. It is simple but effective. Read what I posted and ask any questions. Lets see your name on roll.

I see you posted roll ... welcome bud! November is a little crazy right now, but there are a lot of dudes fighting for their lives in there ... just like you. The passion is, in essence ... all about the quit. Take what you need, leave the rest. Get a routine going, which should be: Wake up, piss, honor posting roll with November and promise no nicotine for today. Just today. Then stay quit, and repeat the next day. Reach out to the guys in November, share your thoughts ... your struggle. Don't just be a guy who posts, and then runs off. Stay a little while, you'll like it here. It's definitely not a place to go at your quit half-assed, be forewarned. Quit strong, and I'll quit with you every damn day! PM me (top right labeled "INBOX") if you need anything!

Welcome aboard shaneeer. All of us in November have a few things in common right now, we're having a really tough time at the moment but have no desire to give up. Come, post roll with us, and let's kick this thing together.

Good to see you here, shaneer. Welcome to the rest of your life, nicotine free!

Good luck, dude. You're in a passionate group of quitters. PM me if you need anything.
