Dive in, get involved. Post roll first thing, every day, no matter what, and you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll leave nicotine behind you.

Welcome, dude. Get used to that terminology because you'll be hearing it in your sleep. I would say good job posting roll, but I have no idea WHO did a good job with that clusterfuck this morning. But you're there and that's all that matters. Today is taken care of. You made a promise to a bunch of strangers and yourself that you wouldn't partake in the nic bitch today. (You'll hear that a lot, too.) I'll send you my number should you ever need it. Wouldn't hurt all us September peeps to get a texting thing going, too. Anything helps.
I said this earlier today on another intro, but I REALLY mean it, so I'm repeating it. I have repeated it to myself every morning for the past six days, too. QUITTING is the most important thing you will do today. NOTHING is more important in your life. NOTHING.
