Hello all, this is Day 2 for me. I am 29 years old, started dipping playing baseball freshman year of high school and haven't gone more than a day or two without a dip or cigaratte since. Past three years have been just dipping, about a 1/2 tin a day, Skoal Straight or Skoal Mint. I am ready to be done with this. I am tired of wasting money, being ashamed of myself and planning my day to ensure I will be able to have some alone time with the tin. This looks like a great group and I wish everyone good luck.
The commute to and from work has been miserable...

Fuck Yea!!! Good to see you post in November. Keep it up. Quitting is super simple (don't chew) but super hard. Good news is you CAN do it you want it bad enough (just like anything in life). If my weak-ass can quit for 500+ days, anyone can. KTC will give you all the support you want and all you gotta do is ask.

You're in the right place. This place is full of quitters. I dipped every waking moment for close to 20 years, and I've been without Cope for 12 days now. Come on over to November and post roll with us.

Welcome fullerhall!! I quit with you today.
Post Roll

If you have to deal with traffic, take up the harmonica. Books on tape pass the time. Peach pits. Hard candy. Water.
Be proactive. Every trigger has a positive solution.

Great tips...thank you. On Day 4 and so far no setbacks.

Welcome fullerhall and remember to post roll on November.
I quit with you today! I've been here for 2 days and everyone is amazing, you came to the right place.

fullerhall,
Where have you been? I haven't seen you post roll. Let us know how you're doing.
Reach out if you need to. PM me, or any one on this board. If you've caved, let us know.
Be quit with all of us.

Hey F'Hall,
What's the deal with roll call? You plan on posting roll with us? Putting down your word? That scare you a little bit? May be just a teeny little tinkle hit your panties when you think about putting down your word that you won't use today?
Make the commitment to yourself and us. We'll put some hair on those raisins. That's no joke.

Welcome back. With less than ten post to your name during your time with the November11 WolfPack, I'm not sure you know the protocol.
In a nutshell, you owe your former group an explanation. If you don't believe it to be true, read the posts below. People were looking for you. They were concerned about your. You left them dangling in the wind. Let them know why this time will be different.
You also owe your new group an explanation. They will be suspicious. We are suspicious. Everyone wants to know that the energy they put into watching your back will be energy well spent. Let them know why this time will be different.
In your case, I imagine the explanation should be pretty easy, almost self-explanatory, but you need to give it anyway. Whatever your do, DO NOT return to the slavery of the can. Are you ready this time?
