Hi my name is Spencer. I'm nineteen. I have been dipping for around a year and a half now. I saw how it hurt my mom when I told her of my bad habit. I've decided that today I'm i through away my can this morning. This will be a hard path but, I will persevere. The hardest thing will be when I do it when I'm fishing. That's how it started and it grew from there til now

Welcome. Get in here and read the welcome center. Learn how to post roll. That is your promise to yourself and us that ur quit. Couple comments ... You don't have a habit - you are an addict. This is serious stuff. Also, you can't quit for Momma.... You got to quit for yourself. You can do it. Start with roll and do it.

Spencer most guys your age don't make it on this site more than a week. Post roll 7 times (click the "community" link up above, then "welcome center". Then read "why we post roll". And finally click "how to post roll". Make a post every morning for 7 days. Then give me as much he'll as you want, because I've only seen a few guys your age make it here that long. Be different!

No bud, you won't be doing it while you're fishing. You'll be quit if you follow the directions and use the tools available to you. You'll be able to go fishing and the only worm dirt will have real worms in it. You came to the right place with the right people, let us see you through to your quit.

Hi Spencer, and welcome to KTC. We don't 'cut back', there is no 'I hope', we don't use crutches like nic gum or patches. This place will help you if you allow this community to do so. If your serious about your quit, do what these bad ass quitters that posted before me said and immerse yourself.

Spencer Nothing wrong with loving your Mom and wanting to quit for her but the only way you gonna quit is when you realize your an addict and you quit for yourself! Get in here post roll, listen and read all you can! I'm 50 started when I was 12 wish I could've had a support system like ktc!

you dipped for a year and a half - quitting now is the smartest thing you could do! It will never be easier than it is right now! I dipped for 36 years. If you don't quit now you'll blink your eyes twice and you'll be dipping as long as i did. Trust me dude, quit now! you got this if you post roll and plug into your group! Pm if you need a number!
