Hey everybody, this is catskynner, this is day 14 for me, this is my first post on this site and was damn glad to find it. I started on Skoal at 16 and was on Copenhagen Snuff by 18. Over a can a day by 20 and gutted it for as long as I can remember. I really LOVED it the first few years. Then I realized it was controlling me. I thought I was controlling my own life by using it, that is just the nic bitches big lie. I know I got a rough road ahead, but if some of you crotchety old f#%$s can do it, I might have a shot.

Gentlemen, quits are looking good. Protect your quit, love it, cherish it. It is this easy: choose life or choose death, your quit is life. You are proving each day that you are quit that you are men. Do not weaken. Remain quit.

Welcome catskynner and well done on the 2 weeks quit. Keep it rollin'. This site is by far the greatest tool I've ever used to assist in my quit.
Use it daily. It's the castle wall around your quit.

Welcome ye slayer of the cats (not sure if I agree with this, but I digress.)
Congrats on finding our little corner of the internet. If you listen up and read, read, and read some more you might really have a shot at the Quit Life. Post up and keep your word, that is all we ask! The simplicity of this program is beautiful. That is not to say that you wont have foggy days, you will. But just stick with it and before long you will have your life back.
