Hey all, Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Travis, and I am 24 hours without dip. I took a little solace in 2 pieces of Nic gum. The package says eat a piece every 1-2 hrs. I had 2 in a 24 hr period. Also about half a bag of seeds. I am quitting to feel better, save money, and to be a better role model for my kids. Right now, the cravings suck azz but the gum is taking a little edge off. My brain sure knows that it's being shorted. Thanks for having this site. I have been on and off all day to stay on track with this.

You are addicted to nicotine. The delivery method means nothing. You will continue to be trapped indefinitely in he arms of addiction unless you bite the bullet and take control.
It ain't easy buddy...if it was big tobacco would be broke. However, we are all proof it can be done. One day at a time.
You toss the nic gum and let's get this show on the road.

greetings Travis, I sent you a PM with a link to some information that you will find usefull...I also noticed that you tried to post roll, which is great, but not until you dump that nic gum down the shitter and really get this started. There are a ton of people here to help, so strap your ass in and get ready for a hell of a ride, but trust me, it is definitely worth it!!!
