I have visited this site many times before and thought "I wasn't ready yet... Soon. just another week or so." Well, soon turned into months which then turned into years. Thousands of dollars spit away into the air. I tried it on my own and even made it a week. This time is for keeps. This is for me and my own health. Last night, I dumped my can out. I won't buy another again.

Welcome to KTC. This site will save your life. Congratulation's on quitting, it is the best decision you could ever make. I was right where you were at one point in time. Along with every other quitter on here. I would alway's say "this is my last can" only to run to the store a few hour's later to get the evil can and feed my addiction, I was just a big pussy that was scared of facing my addiction or even admitting that I had an addiction. Then 90 day's ago, I found this site and have been quit ever since. I owe this site my life. I'm proud to quit with you today. If you need anything at all, just pm me.

Welcome Brother. Your story is our story. It is amazing how similiar we addicts are. I made my committment 201 days ago after spending 32 years with the ball and chain around my neck, dictating every minute of my 'free' time. Most days now I don't even think about the shit. What a great feeling of freedom! You can do this. Embrace the early suck and commit every day. You will be glad you did. PM me if you need to talk. I stand quit with you!

A full two days down. Feeling pretty foggy, but determined! slept like shit last night and it seemed like the ride to work and home is taking double the amount of time it normally did. I had a couple of nasty cravings last night and today but I am not going back now! Another day to fight the good fight tomorrow!

Hang in there man. I quit on my days off and I laid in bed for pretty much two straight days, so fucked up I couldn't function. After that I starting to improve, minus the constant stuffing my face with everything I laid eyes on. I gave it some time and after I started week two I was able to finally start working out again, and stuffed my face a lot less. Now i just hit week three and I no longer have crazy food cravings, I actually just drove two hours without using my fake dip supply, and can work out back to normal. Just remember to post roll everyday and make sure you get some numbers.
