Well, Im on Day 19 and some days are bad. It seems its when it gets tough at home or work. Sometimes the smallest things makes me want to run to sheetz for a can!!!! But the good thing is I have not. At age 43 I actually used Skoal to stop smoking in 2007 and then for some crazy reason, I started again 3 years ago. So, as of 10/1/16, I am done with it. I thought these urges would have been gone by now. I have had no side effects except some weight gain and ill admit that I have been "ill as a hornet" at times. but Its going, day 19 and forward! Ill get it done!

Cheath,
Hey glad to see you made it over here. this is definitely the best support system ever head over to the January Quit Group and Post Roll and remember one day at a time
Stay Strong and Stay Quit!!!
-
The only way to get this done is by buying into the KTC way.
Join a quit group, get involved, and stay involved.
It's not easy but it IS simple. You in?
-
You got this bro. We are here to embrace the suck with you!
Stay Quit!
-
Day 45 was still tough on me to stay quit, but I did. There is no magic number, people cave after ___(any number)___ days quit, you gotta stay diligent on staying quit for the rest of your life.

It is hard and it will be hard forever, but you already know that. To be fore-warned is to be fore-armed. You know it's hard so quit HARD. Post roll and keep your promise to your group and most importantly yourself. Don't follow the majority of people who are smaller than their cravings. Your life is worth more than a can of shit. Do something for yourself, give yourself freedom. 19 days is a great start. Remember if you give in you have to start over at day one again.

...you gotta stay diligent on staying quit for the rest of your life.
Actually... I gonna disagree just a tad here.
This mentality is too overwhelming at your stage.
One day at a time. That's much more manageable.
Get in here and do this... today.

Way to quit!
Stay strong, STAY QUIT!
