Hello Everyone,
I decided to quit for health reasons, I am about to be 33 and I have dipped since I was about 16 years old. I was using 2-3 cans per day. That crap gets expensive, and you know its a problem when hide how much you actually use from your wife. I am tired of wasting my money on it, and I am going to quit before I wind up with cancer, or start losing teeth.
I quit yesterday, and I am still hanging in there today!

Good! You don't need it. You never really needed but your addicted self had to have its fix.
Get yourself up to the Welcome Center link at the top of the page. It tells what/how/why we do things here. Follow this program bro... it works. I chewed for 25 years. 2 cans a day for most of it. I'm 318 days quit... you can do it too. One day at a time. Welcome to freedom bro... it's pretty damn cool.

Congratulations. You just made a fantastic decision. Is it simple to be quit? Yes. Easy? Not always. But you have all the tools here. Learn to hate what nicotine took from you...money, time, energy, health...see it for the poison that it is. Shoot down the cravings before they get too crippling, and lean on us. You got this.

Did you post roll yet? If not get over to the June 2014 quit group and post your name that you will not use nicotine in any form today. Keep your word and then wakeup tomorrow and do it again. before you know it the plus ones will add up to 100. Every damn day, you have to kick the nic bitch in the pussy. you are an addict, know that, this is not a habit. Either you kill the nicotine or it will kill you. Which way is it going to be?

Hey brother, welcome and glad to have you. Make sure you get posted on roll and reach out to your group members or other ktc members. It's going to be tough, but it certainly isn't impossible and we can help you stay quit!
