Well, I've briefly scanned the information here after searching the Internet for some advice on quiting. I made the switch to smokeless in my college days and now I have some serious problems with my gums and the usual premature aging. It's gotten to the point where I refuse to look at myself in the mirror. It may actually be too late for me now, we'll have to see. Anyway, looking forward to some good reading here. Thanks.

first off... it's never too late.
secondly, welcome to the rest of your dip free life. head over to july 2008 and get to know the group. this won't be the easiest thing you'll ever do, but it's SO damn worth it.
