Hi All,
I'm about to take my first step tomorrow. Been using chewing tobacco for approx 8 years now. Wish me luck!
Thanks
Chuck

Piss on tomorrow. Do it now. Tomorrow equals the next day and so on.
Poor it out and throw it away right now.

That's bullshit! Start today! TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on Chuck! I will be here and help in any way.

No luck needed. Just fortitude. Let us know when you're serious about this (hint: we don't need you to talk the talk, walk the walk by posting roll in Feb 2016 (http://forum.killthecan.org/topic/11383298/160/#new))

Do you know what...
To hell with the can! I've flushed it!!!!!

Good idea. Now get over to February 2016 and post your promise with those bad asses.
Here are the instructions for how to Post Roll (http://forum.killthecan.org/topic/1003072/1/#new) and why we Post Roll (http://forum.killthecan.org/topic/10391308/1/#new).
Don't worry about messing it up the first few times. The only way to truly mess it up is not be on it. Strap on your seatbelt, you're in for a hell of a ride for a while, but I promise you it's worth it.

King pasted it for you! Go in there and post!
I'm telling you all you have to do is message me or anyone else we will be here for you!

Thanks for the support guys!! I feel I have found the right place.
Need to run some errands (busy is good!), then hell yeah!! Want to be in control of myself, and not the can in control of me!
I know this is going to be hard, already feels like it is, but I just keep telling myself... Rome was not built in a day!!
Thanks again folks!

First day of quit tomorrow. I have tried numerous times but no that I have a baby girl it has really eaten me up that I continue to chew. I need to quit for my own health but ever since she was born I don't know why I haven't kicked this habit. 10+ years of chewing, one can a day. I have relied on Copenhagen and my mind says I have to but everyday goes by where I haven't quit. I set a date then push it off. Hopefully I can get some help from some people on here to stay motivated through the rough times.

Schrep, go here: Welcome Center (http://forum.killthecan.org/forum/55560/) and start reading everything you can. Learn how and why we post roll. This is your promise to yourself and everybody here that you will not use nicotine in any form today.
I'm a little skeptical because you've acknowledged that you've set dates in the past, yet your quit day is "tomorrow". I'm sure you have it figured out in your head, but to me it seems like TODAY is a damn fine day to be quit. I would strongly encourage you to flush the contents of your can and get your name on roll today. It's a very liberating experience, and I have never once read where somebody regretted quitting.

Schrep. Make your thread brother. The one that belongs to you. You and I and everyone on here we want to suceed together. With the help of one another. Be yourself and let's do this.
