Title: 2 weeks today.
Post by: jm_BBN on September 21, 2016, 08:09:00 AM
My name is Justin, I'm from Kentucky and today makes 2 weeks that I am quit. I have bummed 3 cigs in those 2 weeks but no more. Nicotine is no more.
It seems to be getting more and more difficult everyday. I have been very foggy the past few days and have bought a couple cans of fake. Although the fake helps id like to drop it too.. So... Looking forward to kicking this bullshit habit with the rest of y'all.

Welcome Justin! This ain't the Big Blue Nation, but we are friggin serious fans about our quit! Find your way to the December 2016 quit group and post roll (your promise to remain quit today).

We quit one day at a time. We make that promise the first thing in the morning, then we keep it. Anyone can quit for a day.

Your quit date will be the last day you smoked a cigarette. We tolerate zero nicotine in our quit. No cigars, cigarettes, vapor, gum, patches, pills, or plants.

This is very important so pay attention...

This is an addiction. This isn't a habit.

Words matter here because they help us understand the reality of this fight.

Welcome to KTC, bro. Get involved and stay involved.
