I started dipping in high school like many other people. I kept the habit going in college and have now decided it is time for me to make a change in my life. The cracked lips, cold sores, walking in the freezing cold to a convenient store, staying up late for a dip and getting too little sleep are all over. I just spat out my last lip, threw out my stash, and decided this is the first day of my emancipation from nicotine. I have been dipping just over 4 years and I am making the change today for my family, future family, friends, and most importantly to take away profit from the satanic big tobacco institutions in America.
I am quit!

Congrats on the decision to quit! If you havenÂ’t already find your group and post roll! ItÂ’s your promise to stay quit for the current 24 hour day!
The system here works and works well, post your promise bright and early every morning and keep it. Simple as keeping your word one day at a time.
I will tell you this, if you Think the days of getting little sleep is over youÂ’re in for a rude awakening. Sleeping during your quit early on is one of the biggest side effects of the best choice youÂ’ve ever made (quitting.)
