Welcome in bro. Get yourself acclimated by heading up to the Welcome Center link at the top of the page.
You got some work ahead of you but, man, it's worth it to be rid of the tin that now rules your life. Freedom is so damn cool. Rock on...

Yeah, what he said. You really need to go here (http://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?showtopic=8993&st=0) and post roll with your group. These are the people that are going to make this whole thing work. The MOST IMPORTANT THING is to know that you are dedicating to post roll EVERY day by joining this group. If you give yourself a choice of missing a day here or there, no one will bother to hold you accountable and that defeats the whole purpose. Post every day, be a man of your word and the rest will take care of its self.

Listen, read and post roll. You can do this but get started right by posting roll!

The cost of admission here is to post roll everyday. Nothing more nothing less. Not a bad price for saving your life. Quit on brother - we have your back.

Bro,
Congrats on choosing life. Not just life, but true living is what you can look forward to. If you have time post up some more of yourself. To understand your quit you must take an honest assessment of who you are. Post it here and now. Keep quit and you will have the privilege of reading your intro. It is your quit history and you know that those who fail to understand history are doomed to repeat it.

Welcome to the Quit. I am entering Day 3 and am very thankful for the amazing support I've received. Keep up the hard work! I was doing it for about 30 years and like you said, It Was Just Time. Time for a better life, Time to Man Up and do something that could make my loved ones proud, Time to stop lying to myself and others, Time to Stop Throwing My Hard Earned Money Down the Drain.

Welcome aboard Txsunbrown and congratulations on taking back your life. Read all the material you can that is posted in the Welcome Center and post roll daily. We post roll each and every day without exception. That is the price of admission around here. It is a simple process that only takes a few seconds each morning. The purpose of posting roll is to publish your promise that you will not use nicotine that day. You will make that promise to yourself and all your new brothers in the Feb. 2014 quit group. Simple, right? I have sent you my cell number in a pm (Inbox(1)). Call me with any questions you have or if you just need someone to talk to. I used nicotine for 45 years, so you might say that I know a little about where you are coming from. The road ahead of you will be pretty rocky for the next few weeks, but it will get better...and that is a promise you can take to the bank. We are all here to help, but you must do the hard work. Congrats again and glad to see you here. Wayne
