Hey, Ryan here, csurabbott. After 25+ years of a can plus a day of cope I am ready to give this a shot. Have tried in the past, promised the wife, the kids, the whole nine yards, prayed to god I would be good and quit. Well, here I am. I am glad I found this place and the roll call to help me stay committed and be accountable.

Welcome Ryan! I see you posted roll over in January and you have given your word.
Man, there are a ton of people coming here for support. Every single person who keeps their daily word here strengthens my own resolve. The road ahead will not be peaches and honeysuckles, but it does get easier and every day of freedom is a blessing.
That being said: one day at a time. Post roll early EVERY day and read as much as you can. You will do this. See you tomorrow - early.
