The pull the bitch has on me right now is overwhelming ... but I am hanging in there so far. Feel like I might need the fake stuff - not sure where to get it. No Nicotine though ... not going to do it ... no gum no nic ....

you can usually pick up the fake stuff (Smokey Mountain anyway) at about any Wal-Mart. It definitely helps with some of the cravings, especially if your like me and the oral fixation (no jokes guys, hahaha) was a big part of your addicition. Other than Wal-Mart and Smokey Mountain, some random place may sell Bacc-Off but other than that, you'll probably have to check out the SMokeless Alternatives section on this website and see about ordering some on-line. Great choice to kick the nic bitch out of your life. I've leaned on the fake stuff some during my quit and it definitely helps out. The first few days are pure hell but it does get better. If you need anything or just need to vent just pm me.

I used fake dip everyday for 75 days then one day I noticed I wasn't using it much. For me the last time I opened a can of smokey mt was day 140! I still Keep it around just in case! Draw on the brotherhood!!!

Good deal, quiter. I personally never used the fake, but whatever works for you.... stay quit. That is all that matters. I bet I chewed up a truckload of seends, though.
