Flyrod61 I'll have a can of skoal, fine cut, original. It's going to take awhile to get rid of all the little things I'm used to doing.

I don't understand your post. Are you serious about quitting? If so, click on the Welcome Center link above. If you're not, then go away.

I'm confused as well.
If you're quit: congratulations.
If not: get it done and let's move on.
Reach out if you need anything.

Fly I see you got your roll posted very good!day 3 that's rough! You still have a very long way to go but the nicotine is mostly out of your system! Make sure you have no partial or full cans laying around-- that would be a sure sign of a plan to cave. That is a very real problem even if is finding a forgotten can weeks later. You need to start working on a support group, other quitters you can call when your craving, raging or just deal like shit!

I have been in touch with Wayne since he started on the site. He flushed his cans on the first day of his quit.
What he's trying to say is that his old habit was having a can of Skoal fine cut, and he's trying to break that habit as well as the others that are attached to it. He's a little older, and not as computer literate, he is really doing his best. I hope he'll be around for a while and get a better lay of the land.

Thanks for clarifying Wedge...
Flyrod, PM me, I'll be happy to help support.
For what it is worth, I'm "a little older" as well, live in Colorado and love to flyfish small streams to larger rivers.
I'll quit with you today.
