Good decision to quit. One question tho. If you get a clean bill of health on your next visit to the Doc does that mean you are gonna start back up or stay quit? Be sure you are doing this for you and only you. Others will benefit from you being quit but be sure they are not the reason.

You will learn a lot in there especially on how to Post Roll. You will be a member of the March 2015 Group. That is the month you will hit the Hall of Fame (100 days quit). It is nothing more than a milestone.
We Post Roll daily (Those of us that are serious about being quit)
We Honor our Word
We are Active within the KTC Community
We wake up and do it over again each day.

You're gonna feel like 'zombie' for awhile but 'finger point' give up. Soon you'll be 'Sno' , then you'll be 'oh yeah' !!! We do it like 'wave' and 'party' 'chew2' each day. After a bunch of days it's more like 'party2' So, get some 'tread' , make some 'Sing and Drink' and if you need any 'help' just shout... Until then, no nic or :angrymob: 'rem' .
'welcome' to the fun house.

The first thing you have to do is post roll today. Not sure I could find your roll post from yesterday... did you post roll yet?

Joe, check out the welcome tab. You'll learn how and why we post roll. Being on roll each day is how we quit. Where you been?

Quitting is too hard for some people.

Yes, it is my friend. It doesn't have to be with a plan and the support of thousands.

Great decision, Joe. I am quit with you today.
