I have chewed for 37 years, ever since I was 8 years old, so virtually my whole life. It has been 3 months now and I am just starting to get over some of the effects of not having nicotine in my system. I have passed the physical withdrawal but still have constant cravings. I want to let you that are just starting your journey that all you have to do is stay strong. When I get a craving I wait 10 minutes and chew a piece of gum. Good luck to all, if I can do it then it is possible!

Congrats Kevin! Why don't you join up with your quit group and strengthen your chances of staying quit? You can also help support the new people who are struggling to quit or stay quit.
