Post by: DTB on July 02, 2015, 12:54:00 AM
Hi I have been dipping for about 7ish years I dipped cope wintergreen and I decided to quit on June 30th so far everything has gone good. But I definitely feel my self wanting a dip especially after meals. But I am going to quit and not give up. I am quitting cold turkey any suggestions on how to beat these cravings and dizzy spells??

Suggestions? Yeah, don't just post an intro, cross the fingers and hope everything turns out ok. Get involved, there's strength in numbers.
