Title: Day One

Here's to day one. I'm 21 and a senior in college, and I've been dipping for 3 years. I've tried to quit a million time so to be honest, I'm nervous as hell, but I know if I don't do something about it now, I'll probably never stop.

Congrats Alex on the quit, best decision you have ever made, Stay quit and don't go back, that ol Nic Bitch will try to lure you back.

Wish this site had been around when I was your age. And that I had been a smart as you to quit at a young age. It only gets harder and time passes by fast as an addict. Your in the right place. Give it all you got and you'll be successful. Remember, here we Quit one day at a time. Post roll and give your promise for that day. Takes away a lot of that beginner nervousness.

It sucks, sucks hard.

But if you stay strong, stay quit, then you are a better person for it.

Don't break your promise to us.
