Title: 28 Long Years / Gotta do it

I've been looking at this site for a long time and finally feel I can be honest and do this. Posted rollcall I think? for the first time. Been at this for 28 years and am tired of the pain it has caused mentally and physically. I'm very tired of this life but so very use to it. So here I go and hope with this sites helps and I can be a quitter. Renegade

Welcome 500. There's no hoping in quitting, only doing. Post roll call, everyday, keep your word for 24 hours, then repeat. All we have here is our word. It's that simple.

This is the best support group you can imagine, as every one of us has gone through, or in the case of your own group, is going through the same BS that you are.

You're damn right that you can do it with the help of this site. I dipped for just over 20 years...quit plenty of times for a week or two, but it never lasted like this. And the ONLY thing I have done differently is use this site.

No pills, patches, gum or any other bullshit. Just use this site, post roll everyday and support others as much as possible. Cold turkey, white knuckle quitting is the way to go.

I always lost when I went one on one against the Nic Bitch. Now, I've got everybody on the website behind me...and that has made all the difference in the world.

You've got this, brother. Stay quit!!!

You were hoping to quit before you came here. Now you are not hoping, you are in fact a kick ass quitter.
