Good job posting roll today Watts! Be sure to share you phone number with someone in your quit group. Tell them to call or text you if you go missing. It's an important part of making sure you stay strong during this first part of your quit.

Remember, posting roll everyday is NOT about putting your name on a list. It's a promise to yourself, your group, and the world that you will not use that day. Keep your word everyday, and do not get complacent. The nic bitch will beckon you the minute you start to feel better.

Hey Watts! welcome man.

When i first got here i woudl go through these intros frequently. Start at PAGE 1 on some of the vets, read it. I bet we're all just like you about now... then pick a spot about 1/2 way, see the growth, then read the last few pages to see the bad assery that had been developed as a result of what KTC has to offer.

You'll hear this alot: If I did this then YOU can do this

Jack is right, exchange digits with your group. Be a leader, show support in some of the vet groups and you'll be overwhelmed with support by them in yours.

Proud to be quit with you today man

Watts,

Greetings, and welcome to the Fraternity. My name is Jim; I'm nicotine-clean since 11 November 2016. I'm pleased to see you here.

Now, first things first. You, Watts, are a drug addict. Heeeeey...no need to be ashamed. We are all addicts here, self included. Yes, we can live happily ever after without nicotine. Yet, there is a condition to this freedom. Look down at my signature line for a fuller explanation.

Oh, yes; I almost forgot. Posting roll. You have most assuredly been told (or soon will be told) that posting roll is essential to success. What manner of beast is 'posting roll', I hear you ask? It means going to your home group, and posting a promise every day that you will be nicotine-clean that day. Here is your home group: topic/30137057/1/ (http://forum.killthecan.org/topic/30137057/1/)

I wish you my very best. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions, need any help, or just wish to talk.

Fraternally,
Jim H.
