I am a 21 year user and it is time to quit. I have 4 kids 9 years of age and under that mean the world to me. I have repeatedly attempted to quit throughout the years with no success. I get extremely short tempered and lash out at everyone when I try to quit. Therefor, I have hesitations this time. But enough is enough and it is time to lay the can down and stop letting Nicotine control me. I have so much to live for to let that round plastic can stop me is pathetic. But, the struggle is real and will gladly accept the support of the members here to push me through the hard times.

If you spent some time looking around this site, you'll see we are a very tight accountability group. Be prepared to share your digits with others for their support and visa-versa.
The rules are simple:
1. Post roll every damn day and make your promise not to use nicotine. (WUPP - Wake up, piss, post)
2. make good on your promise. (QLAMFEDD - Quit like a MF every damn day)
3. Do it again the following day. (ODAAT - one day at a time)
Those rules are the price of admission. Let's get quit! Focus on quitting one day at a time, no more! It's just one day to keep your promise. Embrace the suck so you never forget what it feels like and you'll never go through it again.
