Title: I Quit

IÂ’ve never done this before, but was seeking out a group of likeminded individuals to help myself quit. IÂ’ve decided that today was the last day of me chewing. IÂ’ve been chewing on and off for the last 15yrs. IÂ’m really starting to damage my smile and avoid showing my teeth at all costs. ItÂ’s so weird being addicted to something and writing that IÂ’ve been doing it for 15yrs is insane now that I think about it. Looking forward to being healthy and beating this addiction. Hopefully I can help others too by staying active on here. LetÂ’s kick butt everyone and beat this together.

35 year abuser here - I have missing spots in my gums that will never grow back, ever. My advice to you is to find your quit group, make contacts, and never miss a day on this great site. I quit with you today!

Good post but, you have to get back in here bud. Commit! Get in your support group and become a brother to them. You need them, and they need you.
