Title: I Quit
Post by: Skoaly60630 on May 18, 2013, 03:57:00 PM
Last night I spilled my spitter in the squad car.
I feel sorry for the next guy who gets the car.
I am tired of lying to my wife.(so is she). I am
Ashamed that my 5yo son knows about
Dipping. I quit!

I don't know if I'm in the right place but I quit dipping 5/11/2013 so today makes 1 week of no grizzly wintergreen 1 can a day.I have dipped for 5 years and smoked cigarettes before that for 15 years, so all together 20 years of nicotine addiction. I decide to go at it cold turkey, and its not the cravings that are hard. I feel that it is the side effects. I already have anxiety and with the added stress of kicking the can at times I get overwhelmed. I don't believe that the physical effects are gone in 72 hours, the nicotine might be but the other chemicals are still lurking about in my body. I will be here to help anyone who needs it as I hope you guys will be there for me. Good luck too all!

Hambone you should do your own intro. (Start a new subjsct)Also you should go post roll with us. Yes the side affects can vary. I was confused for two weeks after my quit like can't add 2+2 confused. Also goto the welcome center and learn all you can about this site, you didn't say what stage you are in you quit but still this site can help.
