I'm on day 12 after dipping for 30 yrs.......it's been a living hell (day 1-3 was a blur) but this site has been a big help. I even got another friend to quit and reccomended the site...thanks for the support

Greatness my brother. I found this site at day 12 as well. Jump up there and read the salmon vagina pink welcome center. Then get your ass in Nov 12! And post roll that is if you are really really ready to take your life back.

Welcome to the fight of your life, Randy! I actually found this site 9 days into my quit...no bragging, but not showing off like those Day-Oners either. Like the Vadge said, the Welcome Center is where you need to go first. I'd give you advice, but I was on a single malt scotch-tasting tour tonight and I'm doing good to type. Laphroaig...Talisker (tastes like grass clippings)...Bunnahabain...Dalhwinnie...holy crap that stuff is good. No wonder Scotland hasn't accomplished squat. I wouldn't have either. But I am quit like a mother fucker today. You are too. There ain't nothing shabby about that. Post roll with me tomorrow and live free, brother!

Welcome Randy. I am a recovering 30+ year dipper as well. You are in the right place. I have drawn a lot of support from these bad ass quitters who know exactly what it is like getting off this poison. I am at day 93 of my quit and I am amazed at what I was missing when I was so addited to the bitch. Life is so much better without that chain around my neck. Welcome...One day at a time.

X2 all the others. I started posting 3 or so weeks into my quit. Start posting roll. This is the difference between quitting for days and quitting for ever 1 day at a time. :)
