So my name is Justin I just turned 21 and was dipping since I was 16. I play I've hockey and so dipping is just part of the game. I quit 5 weeks ago yesterday and just saw this site and decided id sign up! I'm doing good except ever since I quit I've had anxiety and a lot of mornings I wake up and have to vomit. Not sure if this is normal but I'm dealing! Well I'm glad to be a part of the community!

hmmm. I am only quit 4 days. I dont know about the vomiting in the morning. I was nauseous in the morning but I didn't actually throw up. You might want to get checked out by your doc. I think stomach discomfort are signs of the first few days maybe a week of nicotine withdrawal, but I think I'm going to recommend you go see a doctor just to be safe. I dont think waking up and throwing up ins normal without something else going on.

ok? you're way ahead of me, like I said I'm only on day 4, but congratulations to you!

Justin, 5 weeks I believe that would put you in October check the dates below the heading. Post roll that is the backbone of our quit! Coming in 35 days in you've been going it alone and dealing with things without support, but now get in and let the games begin! Post roll early everyday, start building a support group and read all you can. As for your anxiety I think it's wise after this long to seek a professional opinion. Some people will say you just need to man up and deal with it it's life! That's bullshit, some anxiety and depression problems at chemical imbalances and there isn't a fucking thing wrong with taking meds to correct the problem. With out my meds I'm even a bigger fuck up than am now! Check your inbox and we do everything to win against the bitch!

I agree, go and make an appointment with your Physician and see what might be going on. I am on day 3 and have not had any stomach discomfort, I have only had 2 headaches, and the cravings have been minimal thanks to this wonderful website.. I guess I am the fortunate one who is not letting the mind games mess with him. good luck brother stay quitÂ…Â…Â…Â…
