Title: 3rd times a charm

Hey folks, well I am back again. 48 y/o, dipping/chewing since 1984. 3rd time quitting since 1999. Longest quit was for 3 years and made stupid mistakes that led me back to the can. Thanks in advance for the support in this journey, greatly appreciated.
