What's going on?
I'm Justin and I'm a new quitter. Yes, I feel like ass. I just posted Roll call for the January Jackwagons so I hope I did it right. I'm from Georgia, I went to the University of Alabama, and no I'm moving to Florida to attend Physical Therapy school. I'm a golf junkie, martial artist, guitar player, and a gym rat. I love heavy metal and Jesus. Grizzly straight and an orange gatorade were the highlight of my nights during college after studying all day. I thought it was just once or two per day and I'll be okay. Yeah I was wrong. I'm always glad to help or talk to someone in anyway I can. Hit me up on twitter if you'd like @JustinHWebster. Roll Tide

How's it going??
It's going great, because we are quit.
Hang in there, JWEb, and EVERYTHING will get better.

Day 3 is going better than expected right now! Feel blessed to be alive today with the opportunity to quit. Just glad I'm not dead yet because I didn't quit. I can honestly say that without the gym and bacc-off I would have gone crazy about 4 hours in.

exercise like a madman.. It saved my ass.. If you feel out of wack (and you will) keep the exercise going. It will help you keep a clear head, and remind you that you decided to take care of your body now.

I exercised twice today. Did legs in the morning and cardio in the afternoon. I'm not only quitting the dip but I've become conscious about what I eat. I've always been a gym rat though. Today really wasn't that bad. Just taking it literally one situation at a time. The hardest time is right now before I go to bed. Which is why I'm here talking and trying to help people out. I'm determined to do it this time. As my favorite little green dude said....

Excellent shit. Great decisions. If you're going to make changes, I say make'em across the board.
I have found exercise to be key. A tired body puts a soul at rest. You sleep better, you can maintain a rational mind. You make better decisions. Things slow down and you can be "wise". Wise like "I can't have just one" kind decisions.
Keep up the good fight.
