Hi,
I started my second quit 3 days ago and was searching for a forum like this as I was feeling stressed out this morning.
I chewed for about 8 years, quit for 3, chewed for the past 5 about 1 can a day. A couple weeks ago I decided to do this again and cut down to 1 can every 2 days, then 3 days, the last one i bought is still sitting in my truck half full. I havent touched it since Friday but today is killing me so here I am.

Dump the can then head over to Quit Groups and go to the February 2012 group and post your Day 5.
Good job. Now remove the temptation and flush that can of worm dirt.
You got this!!!

Dump the can NOW!!!! Flush it down the toilet. Don't give yourself an out. Keeping a can in your truck is setting yourself to cave. After you dump the can, go to the February 2012 quit group, and post roll call. Roll call is our daily promise not to use nicotine.
Stay close to the site and drink the kool-aid. It will suck for a while, but then it gets much better.
Proud to quit with you.
