Hey guys,
My names Patrick. This is day 1 for me. Trying to figure out this website. I'm located at Savannah, GA. Been in the military for almost three years. Been dipping since I was twelve. Tried to quit tons of times in the past, and hate the fact that I always fail. Hoping this site can keep me up with the motivation I need.

Welcome to the whacky world of this amazing site. Check out the salmon colored Welcome Center which should give you all the information to get you started. The main point here is that you have to quit for yourself and this site will help make you accountable. Post roll daily in the February quit group promising to your quit brothers that you won't use any form of nicotine that day. Post roll every day and quit one day at a time. You can do this! We all have the same story here and we are all helping each other stay quit one day at a time. Again, welcome and go post roll! PM me if you need anything.

Hell yeah, Pit pat. Thank you for your outstanding service. I quit with you today. You are man enough to do this and you will get this done. Just remember to post every morning. Get some digits and contact someone that can post for you if you can't on your own. Quit one day at a time. One hour at a time or one minute at a time. Just remain quit. It will get easier. That I promise you.
