Hey everybody, thought I'd take a minute for just a *brief* intro.
I'm 24... been dipping since 16.
My psychological dependence on chew seemed to get even worse when I kicked a nasty drinking habit a few years back...
...so here I am.
Removing booze from my life was a hell of an accomplishment, and I'm finally ready to take the next step -- and get myself to a place where I can confidently say that I don't depend on ANY substances.
-----
At 6:00 EST tonight, I flushed 5 1/2 cans of Grizzly Mint down the shitter.
5 weren't even opened.
Oddly enough, it was easier than I thought it'd be.
I see that my 'HOF' date falls in September... and though I've only been nic-free for almost an hour... I've already posted roll for the day.
-----
Thanks for reading my intro...

I'm with buddy It seems you have the site down pretty good now just read everything that you can. You are about to find that it isn't a "My psychological dependence on chew" It is a full fledged fucking addiction to nicotine!! start gathering a support group around you, people that you can call on day or night when the nic bitch raises her ugly head and tries to get you to have just one more dip. (it will happen) be prepared! Check your inbox Ill drop you a short note.

Congratulations on the best decision of your life.
You sound very similar to myself. I was about 24 when I quit, dippin a can of Grizz a day since I was 15 but today will be my 859th day free from nicotine.
Stick to the program and stack days up. One by one.
Please PM me for any reason and I will gladly help you out brotha
