Title: Day 1
Post by: Brian f on January 12, 2018, 05:54:00 AM: Hello, I'm Brian I am 24 years old and have been dipping since I was 16. Today is the day that I leave the can behind and move forward. Glad to have found this site, seeing that a lot of you have had the same problems I've had in the past while trying to quit and seeing that so many of you have won the battle is going to get me through this.

Post by: JB65 on January 12, 2018, 10:52:00 PM: Amen to that. I didnÂ’t start until 20 or so. Took me almost 30 years to wise up and finally quit. Oh I Â‘stoppedÂ’ several times sometime for a couple years but alway found my way back. Until I found this place 884 days ago.

You can do it, join your quit group (above) post roll call, get active, be a leader and support others and support will come back to you tenfold!
