Title: I'm giving it up

Hello names Matt and I'm on my second day of quitting and I'm going insane and need help please... Like some of u I started dipping as a teenager playing sports mostly because of baseball and peer pressure from the upper class men, I have been chewing for about 11 years now and yesterday I was looking at my self in the mirror and told my self it's time to do it to be strong and quit this addiction that I have so here I am and any support/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome D!. To post roll, make your way over to the Sept 2015 Pre HOF quit group. There you will find a roll listing with instructions on how to post. Let's be clear though, you aren't giving up a damn thing. You are gaining freedom, money and your health. You aren't alone and we got this. Head over to Sept!

Depends on your phone (obviously). I have an iPhone, so I just go to killthecan.org. I think that would work for any "smart phone." I think I've seen mobile phone instructions posted on here before. But I don't have them. (I am barely computer literate or I would help more).
