Title: day 12-Intro

Name is Mike. Age 34, married, living/working in Southern Cal. Been dipping all day everyday for about 16-17 years. I had been threatening to quit for about a year and the time to act finally came on Nov 4, 2009. I did not expect it to be so difficult. I have definitely been humbled by the withdrawal phase of this process. Glad to hear of so many success stories. If there is anything that I can do to help anyone in my position, say the word. Thanks.
