I woke up this morning and did not have a huge craving for dip. Don't get me wrong it was still there...but after two weeks I can at least feel that it is getting a little better. Two nights ago i slept well. Going on chat has proved very helpful to distract me...this shit is hard....but hell who want to die of cancer or get part of there face cut off....not this guy...

You got the right attitude. It definitely gets easier but don't let your guard down. I made the HOF and I still get triggers. Stay on chat and make sure you got some numbers. You can do this. Just think how it'll be to not even think about it anymore.

I'm very glad to hear things are getting better for you! You should definitely always make it a point to count your successes and acknowledge them, no matter how big or small. Waking up and not immediately wanting to stuff your facehole with dip is a pretty huge success in my book. And many more are on the way. Also, yes, the chatroom is an amazing tool to distract you. Eventually though, as your quit goes on, it becomes less about distraction and more about just going there to talk to your friends.
Keep up the good work, you're doing great!
