I have been dipping for 11 years and today I have decided to quit.

Check out the pink WELCOME CENTER link in the upper left to get started. I am sure some of the more experienced guys will chime in to get you started.

If you are off the nic, go ahead and post up roll in May 2012. I believe you can still squeak into that group. Off the nic, means no gum, lozenges, patches, or other bullshit. Just cold turkey here.......
