Hi all,
Name is Brian and today is my first day of quitting the can! I have tried before and failed, but this time it actually feels like the right time and place to get my life back. I look forward to speaking with everyone I can and thanks for joining me on this nightmare ride I am about to embark on.

Welcome Brian. You and your head are in the right spot. The trick is to keep it there. No bullshit here...it will suck at first but by sticking close to the site and being a man of your word, there's no reason in the world you can't quit for life. Stock up on all oral fixation goodies you think you'll need and drink tons of water the first week to help flush the nic from your system, then post, post, POST! We've been through what you'll soon go through and we know how to your promise and don't even think about tomorrow until tomorrow.
