Today, July 24th, 2012 @ 10:47pm. I am done!!! I am 31 and have dipped since I was 14. I am tired of crying over past failures and I want, NO, I NEED life. I will give all I have to this 'QUIT' and stand by those that are here to do the same.

JK I'm with you in this. Click on this link to your November preHOF class (http://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?showtopic=6793) and post roll! Posting roll should be done early every day and it is your promise to quit for that day (meaning no nicotine in any form enters your body.). Check your inbox upper right I'll send you a pm!

I like your attitude, you show signs of wanting it. If you dont want this with every molecule in your being it aint gonna happen. That's some more cold hard truth for ya.

Great choice, JK. Post Roll and embrace the suck. That is the feeling of healing. Nobody gets free for the asking. We earn our freedom one day at a time. "One day at a time" is your new mentality. We can't change the past, and don't know the future. But we can promise not to use nicotine today.
