Today is the day I decided to flush what dip I had left and to get rid of the bad habit that I have had for 8 years. I am 26 years old and serving overseas in the military so I am going to see people dipping quite a lot but I am going to push through and feel better for it.

Welcome to KTC. Lots of military around here, so any special issues are covered.
Head over to the April 2016 quit group, say hello, and post roll. Roll is your promise not to use nicotine for 24 hours. We post roll every morning when we wake up.
Bear in mind nicotine is an addiction, not a habit. (Know your enemy). Quit is simple, but very hard to do. Drink lots of water, exercise, read this site for inspiration.
Being surrounded by dippers will not help, but plenty of quitters win in that situation anyway.

Gordo, quit on brother. We are a large group over in April 16, and there is plenty of support to be had. You need anything, you just want to vent... That's cool with us, just come on in and join the fog.
And most of all, thank you for your service.

Gordo thanks for your service! Post roll, early, every damn day! One day at a time is how we do it here! Tomorrow worries about itself, you make your promise, we support you and help you through that 24 hrs and then we try again. Don't get caught up in looking forward to 100 day's, hell one at a time is hard enough. We've all been through or still going through what you're fixing to. We know ,so post roll and let us help you. 25,000 is better than being by yourself! Quit on!

Gordo, I wish I would have been smart enough to quit in my 20's. Took me almost 20 more to figure it out. I'll give you two pieces of advice.
1. POST ROLL (EVDD) Every Damn Day
2. Buy in to the KTC way
You do those two things, you will be a quitter!
Welcome to the Asylum
