I'm so glad to have found this site. After having dipped for only eight months, it was amazing how difficult it has been to stop. It's good to know there are others out there experiencing the same stuff I am. If a journey of a thousand miles starts with one step then it will be a long one. But think about what we learn on the way! :D

Welcome. Have you quit or just stopped? Their is a difference. Quitting is forever. You're here after dipping for only 8 months...very wise, wish I had, instead I was a slave for 15 years.
Been quit now for 177 days, best decision ive ever made.
Again, welcome to the site. Check out the salmon colored WELCOME CENTER tab at the top left of the screen. It will explain the importance of posting role and how to do it, amongst other things.

Welcome to KTC and congratulations on quitting. It's the best decision you can make. Just make yourself at home on the site. Read all you can. There is a lot if good info on this site and a whole bunch of quitters that would drop everything to help a fellow quitter in need. So reach out and get some digits, never know when you may need them. The first few days are rough as hell but remember it so you never have to post another day one. I see that you posted roll, congratulations on that. Just make sure you do it early everyday. Being on day 14 you've been through the worst part of the quit. It's all mind games from here on out. Just stay strong and get some seeds, gum, fake, hard candy or anything to keep nic out of your face. If you ever need anything just pm me. I'm always available. Welcome and congratulations. I Quit with you today.

Hey there, so as not to confuse, with ya being 14 days quit already, the correct group is the Feb 13 one.
So as a bad pun, but throw all of your heart into the quit and you will do fine. Yell if you need help.

That's a long time to be quit, my friend..Many congrats! I'd like to say I have quit..as in I have not used nic at all in any form since killing my last can a few weeks ago. I will not be using that rank stuff again..ever. No "trying". I'm done with it..
8 months is no where near 15 years, so believe me when I tell you I'm not boasting lol..so many more out there have been a slave to it for sooo much longer and you all have my respect.

Not a ton of women on here but there are some, I know of 2 great ladies who post in October 2012, (Divine 2mch) stop in and touch base with them if you want their help I'm sure they'd be happy to share what they know!
