Title: three days.
Post by: esneikirk on November 29, 2014, 07:05:00 PM
My name is Erik. This is the first time in 22 years that I have gone this long with out nicotine or tobacco, this is day three. Failure is not an option on this quit. I have decided it is time to start living.

Welcome Eric. If you are really ready to quit this community will help. There are thousands that have gone before you and are claiming their freedom One Day at a Time. That is how we roll here. Post your quit promise every morning. Keep that promise. It is very hard in the beginning. Only the tough and those who really want to be free survive. You can do this. We can help.

Erik, You have come to the right place for quitting. Many on here have blazed the trail to follow. Its not always easy but the plan is simple and never ever fails if you follow it. Post roll daily, promising to not use nicotine for 24 hours. Be a man of your word for that 24 hours. Get up the next day and do it again. So you see if your word is good then you my friend are an ex-nicotine user. But remember you (we) are all addicts and always will be, so never again for any reason. (NAFAR) Welcome to the asylum and if you need anything shoot me a PM.

p.s. this place is great to hang around excessively for the first couple weeks to get you through. So read up on your enemy and hit the chat room as well.

Ok my man, quitting on a holiday weekend means less traffic here, therefore the ball got dropped somewhere. You need to post roll every day my man, and by my count you are 3 days off. Are you still quit? Did anyone in March 2015 get this dude's numbers?

Erik,
Where did you go buddy... I didn't see you post roll. Are you still quit?
You have to own your quit and invest in it, your life depends on it....
Get back on the site and, prove to yourself that you can beat this addiction.
