Hello Everyone,
Its great to be a part of this community. I have been dipping Copey, Red Seal, and Red Man for the last twelve years, at least a can a day. I started while playing baseball in high school, and since then have been every chewing cliche you can think of...the hiding it, the sneaking it, the bullshitting myself and my family about quitting, leaving spitters, checking everyday for cancer, basically letting the can run my fucking life...I am tired of it all, and the time to quit is now. I have changed my eating habits, quit the dip, getting married in July, and will be hitting my 100th day just as I get back from my honeymoon. I'm pumped to kick this shit and finally quit lying to myself and being a slave to the can!

Awsome jdd!!!! Welcome aboard and glad to have you!!! You have made a great decision and I can guarantee if you use all of the support tools available to you on this site you will be 100 days dip free when your honeymoon gets here!!

How to Post ROLL CALL - Roll Call Instructions
Step 1 - Find the last Roll Call
Step 2 - Hit the "Quote" button in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3 - Click your mouse ANYWHERE in The bottom Box
Step 4 - Hit Ctrl and "A" at the Same time so it looks like THIS
Step 5 - Hit Ctrl and "X" at the same time so there is NOTHING in Either Box
Step 6 - Click your mouse in the TOP BOX
Step 7 - Hit Ctrl and "V" at the same time to Past the info into the top box AND ADD YOUR info to the bottom of the list
Step 8 - Hit ADD REPLY below the bottom box
Step 9 - Go back to the 1st unread post, pat yourself on the back, and have a beer cause you will not be dipping today.
