Hello everyone, I honestly do not remember when I started dipping but I know it has been more then 7 years. Like many others that have posted I have also tried many times to quit on my own but non have really stuck. I once made it about 2 months with no dip then I went back home to visit family. while there I bummed a little dip from my father and before I knew it I was hooked again. I will say though the last time I quit it wasn't really for me, but this time it is all about me. I am so ready to not be a slave to the stupid can.
the biggest reason that I am joining this site is so I will have a place to let my anger out so I do not take it out on my family. I am happily marred with two young kids and I do not want my past bad decisions to be aimed at them in any way.
so be ready for the constant bitch feast once the nicotine withdraws kick inn.

Corn you came to the right place. Oh yeah, we can rage back at times. Stay focused, we quit once every day for a whole day. You got this and keep in mind that many of your quit fears are simply the nic bitch fucking with your mind. Yeah the first week or two blows, but stay hydrated and distracted and you will have a solid quit. Post roll early and keep your word. I quit with you.

Nice job getting on roll yesterday! Now do it again today! One day at a time every damn day is the only way to get this done. PM me if you need to reach out. Read everything you can here. Drink lots of water. Exercise a ton and use gum,candy, and fake whatever you can to keep that shit out of your mouth!!
